Dale Moretz, Founder<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Dale Moretz is what one might call a “serial entrepreneur.” Having founded nearly a dozen companies, Dale is an experienced business owner. Dale is also a prodigious inventor, with over 12 registered patents to his name, and more issued annually. Raised on a farm in Appalachia, Dale was taught to work hard and to care for the environment. After the 2010 Enbridge oil spill in Marshall, Michigan, struck just a short drive from his home, Dale sprung into action inventing a pipeline system that would prevent spills without reliance on fallible sensors or human intervention. Like many from southern Michigan, Derek was devastated when the oil spill polluted a river he and his brother had become so familiar with. When his father, Dale, asked him to be a part of the effort to end oil spills, like the one that struck Michigan, Derek signed up. Holding a PhD from UT Austin, Jeff has a background in business and management, and has done extensive research of the industry for the team.
